The City of Texas City is accepting requests for prospectus. Slides will be juried by Internationally known artist, Lesley C. Humphrey, DaVinci Gallery, Montgomery, TX. Slides are due no later than 2/14/03. Awards ceremony March 30, 2003. Best of Show $1,000.00, 1st place 500.00, 2nd place 300.00, 3rd place $150.00 and 6 honorable mention ribbons.
The opening ceremony will feature work by Lesley C. Humphrey, Da Vinci Gallery, and 100 original art pieces from the collection of the United States Coast Guard.
