Fulvio Testa
- Additional Information -
Fulvio Testa born in 1947 in Verona Italy lives in New York and Verona
Fulvio Testa's great talend as an artist lies in his ability to capture the vastness of the world around us and to translate the overhelming power of nature into his own intimate terms. with their simple brushstrokes and zen-like austerity, these watercolors, rarely measuring more than twelve inches across, come closer to abstraction tha any of his previous work. Yet the landscape and the beauty of the real world remain both the artist's starting point and his true source of inspiration. Over the past twenty years Testa's work has been widely exhibited in Europe. His work has also been the subject of solo exhibition in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago, and at the Allentown Art Museum (1990) and the Claude Bernard Gallery in New York (1988 and 1990) he is represented by Denise Cade Gallery since 1998.
